A note from the founder
Hi — I’m Deepak. I’m building Trippo.
I’ve spent two decades building software. Long enough to know what good craft looks like, and long enough to care deeply about building tools that respect the people using them. That’s what got me here.
A friend ran a trip to Japan last year for 14 of her followers. She’d spent eight months building it — the route, the ryokans, the food, the photographers she’d partnered with. The trip itself was extraordinary. Travelers came back talking about it for months.
What stayed with me wasn’t the trip. It was watching how much of her energy went into the parts of the work that should have been the easiest. Reconciling payment links at 1 AM. Answering the same dietary question for the eleventh time. Generating GST invoices by hand. Chasing passport copies across four reminders.
I started talking to other creators running trips. Same story everywhere. Beautiful experiences. Loyal communities. Operational workflows held together by goodwill and late nights.
So that’s what we’re doing with Trippo. A small, deliberately chosen team — designers who care how things feel, engineers who care how things work, people who’ve shipped products hundreds of millions rely on.
Trippo is in design-partner mode right now. We’re working with 5 founding creators who use it free for their next trip in exchange for weekly calls and honest feedback. When the foundation is right, we’ll open it to the next 50.
